Cookies

We do not use any. This page exists so you do not have to take that on trust, and to be honest about the one thing this website itself stores in your browser.

emptyNo cookies. No local storage. Nothing to consent to.

The tag sets no cookies

The measurement script does not set a cookie, does not read one, and does not touch localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. There is no consent banner on sites running our tag because there is nothing to consent to.

This is checkable, and you should check it. Open the network tab on any page running our tag: the request to t.pixtru.com carries no cookie header and the response sets none. A verification company that asked you to believe an unverifiable claim would be missing its own point.

Why we can do without them

Cookies exist to recognise the same browser twice. We never need to: our question is whether one advertisement was visible during one page view, which is answered and finished before the page is closed. Each impression carries a single-use identifier from the ad server, and that identifier means nothing anywhere else.

This website

Two small exceptions, both on this site rather than in the tag, and neither one a cookie:

WhatWhereWhy
px-themelocalStorageRemembers whether you chose light or dark, so the page does not flash the wrong one. Never leaves your browser.
pxtoklocalStorage, dashboard onlyYour API token, so you are not asked for it on every visit. Kept in your browser and never sent anywhere except our own API.

Neither is used for analytics or advertising, and clearing your browser storage removes both with no consequence beyond being asked again.

Third parties

This site loads one webfont from Google Fonts. Everything else — styles, scripts, images — is served from our own domain. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, and no session recorder on this website.
